    The Operations Associate serves as the primary link between the Home Office, the firm, and the clients we serve. This individual ensures an efficient, organized back-office that delivers business efficiently and effectively. Its seamless and time-sensitive execution is critical to a memorable client experience as well as all revenue generated by the firm. Successful completion of duties empowers the Managing Director, Lead Advisors, and Planning Teams to focus their energy and efforts on front-end, revenue-generating activity while fostering and developing impactful client relationships.

    Duties & Requirements:

    Client Service Support:

    • Process address changes, bank change information, loan requests and billing account inquiries
    • Collect information for applications and/or new accounts
    • Manage client correspondence, notes, and files, and maintain compliant client records
    • Completion and submission of applications/account paperwork for processing
    • Clear communication within the firm and its clients throughout the business cycle

    Insurance Underwriting Support

    • Schedule Medicals, obtain pre-application Information, and prepare all insurance applications
    • Update client records with Daily Service Requests (DSR)/Underwriting Requirements
    • Monitor applications in underwriting
    • Track PDAs and prepare Policy(ies) for Delivery

    Investment Operations Support:

    • Open and track new investment accounts
    • Prepare Investment Paperwork for close (e-signature and paper sign)
    • Complete FINRA required Check Deposit Forms
    • Track money transfers

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of financial operations and/or planning experience
    • MN State Life, Accident & Health licensed – or the ability to obtain in 1 month
    • Securities (6/7 & 63/66) preferred - or the ability to obtain within 12 months
    • History of clean compliance record
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
