The Resident Services team fosters healthy and thriving communities by promoting opportunity through strategic programming. They focus on social drivers of health including housing stability education economic development mobility health wellness population-specific services families seniors people with disabilities homelessness.Responsibilities
- Provide service coordination to individual residents.
- Support individuals with IDD BI autism apply for housing benefits gather required documents conduct needs assessments develop structured skill-building plans integrate assistive technology enhance learning independence promote community building leadership development work other BHP departments develop policies procedures lease compliance represent Imagine publicly participate professional organizations meetings public speaking events maintain safety take proper precautions prevent accidents report all accidents damage property regular predictable attendance essential function this position maintains high level professionalism integrity listens questions concerns evaluates issues possible solutions works collaboratively Boulder Housing Partners team address systemic problems inspires confidence respect uses feedback grow develop actively supports upholds BHP stated mission values optimizes resources responsible knowing complying all BHP policies participates professional training development adheres attendance workplace attire policies provides excellent customer service communicates courteously responsively public co-workers sensitive diversity issues provides effective efficient service public co-workers acts high level integrity takes responsibility words actions.
