    Landscape Design and Sales Professional

    Job Summary

    Anderson Landscaping, Inc. is seeking a skilled Landscape Design and Sales Professional to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Meet with clients to discuss custom landscape projects and provide recommendations
    • Estimate and prepare design packages for clients with quick turn-around time
    • Communicate and coordinate with clients and crew to ensure successful project delivery
    • Operate machinery as needed

    Qualifications and Preferred Skills

    • Previous experience in sales, drafting, landscape design, or a related field (2-3 years)
    • Industry experience in horticulture, greenhouse, or landscape architecture
    • Ability to create blueprint drafts, house plans, and scaled landscape plans
    • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and design software
    • Good work ethic and ability to work independently

    Work Environment

    • Multiple worksites throughout South Dakota
    • Commercial and residential landscaping projects
    • Non-agricultural type of work, including landscaping and groundskeeping tasks

    Compensation and Benefits

    • Pay rate: $16.02 per hour for the first 40 hours worked in one week; $24.03 per hour for all hours worked over 40 hours in one week
    • Overtime may be available but not guaranteed
    • Benefits offered, including simple plan and paid holidays

    Requirements

    • Valid driver's license
    • At least three months of experience in landscape techniques
    • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
