    Responsibilities

    As a Sales Associate, you will:

    • Interact with customers to create outstanding shopping experiences.
    • Surpass sales targets by implementing our selling techniques.
    • Provide product insights to customers to drive sales.
    • Establish relationships and brand loyalty with customers using company resources.
    • Demonstrate an understanding of customers' individual styles when offering fashion advice.
    • Use your product knowledge to inspire and meet customers' needs.
    • Support daily store operations to upkeep a clean and organized environment.
    • Complete assigned tasks like floor sets, restocking, cashier duties, etc.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, collaborating with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and colleagues.
    • Exemplify our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.

    Qualifications

    • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet business requirements.

    • Ability to bend, lift, move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as necessary.
