    Job Summary

    This position will give clerical support to the sales team and will perform a number of duties focusing on customer satisfaction and coordinating sales team activities.

    They track reports, file invoices, forward phone calls, greet customers, schedule appointments, follow up on sales calls, and help make sales.


    Essential Functions


    • Process all sales, either new or used, for sales team
    • Be point person for questions
    • Handle machine memos/traffic for equipment
    • Help keep pictures and evaluations current on equipment
    • Proof/track advertising leads and prompt supervisor to follow up with sales team
    • Gather data to help generate potential sales leads
    • Help track service repairs and approvals with shop
    • Coordinate machine moves with utilities and sales reps
    • Keep track of sales team training progress
    • Work with production team to provide timely financial and technical project status reports including final project profit summary reports
    • Work effectively with other employees in the organization to support both internal and external customers
    • Coordinate all aspects of product delivery

    Qualifications


    • High School diploma preferred
    • Experience in administrative support role in similar work environment preferred
    • Must be organized, professional and have excellent communication skills

    Travel Requirements

    May require some travel.
