Job Title: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Nevada City, CA: Charming town in the Sierra Nevada foothills known for its Gold Rush history, Victorian architecture, and vibrant arts scene.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' unique needs and promote participation in classroom activities.
Provide direct therapy services to students, including therapeutic activities and interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' success and participation in educational tasks.
Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
State licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
