    Business Solution Specialist

    The Job Overview

    AXANEXA is hiring a Business Solution Specialist to join our team. This is an entry level position supporting customers and implementing As a Silver Partner, AXANEXA helps customers get the most out of their experience by offering implementation, integration, and custom app development services.

    is a global leading work management platform utilized by 150k+ businesses as a core tool. has developed an ecosystem for partners to create client specific custom app ranging from custom UI to full feature apps.

    This is a full-time position featuring flexible hours, remote work, PTO, and benefits.

    While remote work is expected, the right candidate works in the Chicagoland area.

    Responsibilities

    Below are some of the responsibilities a Business Solution Specialist is expected to take on in their position:
    • Utilize creative thinking to devise innovative solutions tailored to clients' needs using
    • Apply conceptual and practical thinking to address complex business challenges with solutions
    • Employ problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize client workflows on
    • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective guidance on utilizing
    • Collaborate with colleagues at all job levels to ensure seamless integration of solutions within the organization
    • Demonstrate strong organization and time management abilities to create agendas, lead client calls, and deliver work products punctually
    • Foster curiosity and credibility in exploring new features and functionalities of , staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client experiences
    Job Qualifications and Skill Sets

    Below are the qualifications that are expected of a Business Solution Specialist:
    • experience not required, but valuable if applicable.
    • 2-year Associates in a business related major required. 4-year bachelor's a plus.
    • Intermediate skill level of MS Suite / Google Suite
    • Proficiency in English required. Additional languages a plus.
    • Demonstrates ability to understand business processes (e.g., CRM, HRM, PMO, Marketing Management)
    • Working understanding of Spreadsheets and Macros
    • Good listening, analytical, curious, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
    • Professional communication skills: writing, speaking, and presentation.
    • Flowchart tool experience a plus
    • Gaming mindset is a plus
    • IFTTT experience is a plus
