    GAS SOLUTIONS MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

    Position Summary:

    This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of natural gas treating and processing equipment including refrigeration, compression, and dehydration.

    Equipment includes but is not limited to chilled water gas conditioning skids, reciprocating natural gas compressors, dehydrators, fluid separation equipment, vales, gas measurement equipment, etc.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of industrial equipment and machinery.
    • Conduct preventive maintenance inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
    • Replace worn or damaged parts and components to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
    • Diagnose equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, and implement effective repair solutions.
    • Analyze technical data and use diagnostic tools to identify root causes of equipment failures.
    • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.
    • Participate in reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Implement reliability strategies such as predictive maintenance techniques and condition monitoring.
    • Recommend and implement modifications and upgrades to enhance equipment reliability.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
    • Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance findings, and reliability metrics.
    • Assist in creating maintenance procedures and documentation for equipment.
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
    • Follow company and industry standards for equipment maintenance and reliability.
    • Participate in safety training programs and promote a safety-conscious culture.
    • Work a two week on and two week off schedule.

    Other Requirements:

    • Minimum 7+ years related experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry rental or electrical industry
    • High School diploma, skilled labor certificate or equivalent
    • Willingness to work in exposure to extreme temperatures, wind, precipitation, in addition to working at heights.
    • Ability to stoop, sit, stand, or be on their feet for extended period of times
    • Able to life 25 pounds up to 10 times per shift
    • Mechanical Aptitude
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
