      Minimum Qualifications:
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
    • Current and unrestricted license in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut or the ability to obtain
    • Possess the necessary knowledge and skills to assess patients' health needs and deliver nursing care proficiently.

      Preferred Qualifications:
    • One year of acute care nursing experience (preferably in step down or ICU)
    • Telemetry experience
    • BSN or ADN/ASN with active enrollment in a BSN program
    • Certification in PCCN or CCRN is advantageous
    • Epic experience
    • ACLS certification (required post orientation completion)
