DescriptionMain Accountabilities:

Support Information Technology (IT) Laboratory workflow project with coordinating internal / external resources, installation and connection
Handle problem and troubleshooting capabilities (onsite and remotely)
Contribute to new solution launch and implementation, as well as software updates
Contribute complex IT project and provide technical/corrective action in full autonomy
Act as a referent in her/his field of expertise

Studies and Experience:

Bachelor/Master Degree in computer science. Experience / degree in biology, laboratory environment is a plus 2-3 years of experience as Lab/Medical Technology or equivalent experience

Skills and Qualifications:

Customer and solution oriented (problem solving and decision making)
Ability to understand complex customer environment
Updated with market latest technologies
Ability to work in full autonomy
Good communication and ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
Master CRM (Key user (8), Dashboard (9))
