- Research credit balance accounts to determine if credit is refundable.
- Verify insurance coverage and establish order of priority.
- Recommend account adjustments as needed and prepare necessary paperwork for approval.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Refund Specialist to join our Business Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching accounts with credit balances, identifying the individual or party due the refund, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 per year (dependent on experience and education)
