    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect proficient in MySQL and web technologies to join our dynamic team.

    As a Senior Data Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our data architecture to support our business objectives and drive growth.


    Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop scalable, robust, and efficient data architectures and solutions using MySQL and other relevant technologies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity, security, and availability.
    • Implement best practices for data modeling, database design, and data governance.
    • Lead and mentor junior members of the data architecture team, providing guidance and support.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, continuously enhancing our data architecture capabilities.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role, with at least [X years] of experience in designing and implementing data solutions.
    • Expertise in MySQL database management and optimization techniques.
    • Strong proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks/libraries.
    • Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, Visio) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
    • Solid understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and database-as-a-service offerings.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certification in database administration or relevant technology.
    • Experience with other databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Oracle.
    • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data warehousing concepts.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
