    Responsible for the complete concept, design, development, analysis and documentation of mechanical devices and/or systems with mechanical parts for new and existing products.

    Design, develop, modify and evaluate the mechanical/electromechanical components of new products/systems. Conducts product testing and creates models and prototypes. Investigates problems with machinery and implements solutions. Designs and analyzes mechanical systems, equipment and packages. Conducts feasibility studies, Gage R&R, time studies, and tests new and modified designs. Directs support personnel in the preparation of detailed design, design testing and prototype fabrication. Provides information to drafting for packaging documentation.
    Responsibilities
    Performs work assignments where several of the engineering fields are required to achieve results
    Able to integrate work with other projects and/or existing products
    Advocates for and performs approved methods and practices
    May work with other technical/manufacturing resources to achieve objectives
    Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
    Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    :

    ·

    Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited university preferred
    ·

    2+ years of related experience
    ·

    Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (5S, SW, PSP, SMED, VRK, OEE, TPM, etc.) a plus
    ·

    Proven problem solving aptitude using various tools and techniques
    ·

    Leadership experience within a team, project, or job
    ·

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work and delivering results
    ·

    Comfortable working problems of moderate scope where data analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors
    ·

    SolidWorks and/or Pro Engineer (ProE) experience a plus
    ·

    Demonstrated ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings required
    ·

    Experience working in a metric/goal-driven environment
    ·

    Hands-on approach/experience with manufacturing processes preferred
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effectively able to present information and respond to feedback at any level within the global organization

    Everett, WA:

    The salary range for this position is $72,450 - $134,550
    This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to:

    job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
