- Review physician requests for radiographic procedures, ensuring accurate patient identification and understanding of imaging needs.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including CT scans and X-rays, adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Operate radiographic equipment and computer systems to produce high-quality images and document procedures effectively.
- Ensure proper labeling of images with correct patient identification and dates, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor patient well-being during procedures, promptly recognizing and addressing any discomfort or medical issues.
- Conduct laboratory tests on moderate to complex machines, operating under CLIA license regulations.
- Assist with routine quality control procedures and other laboratory requirements as needed.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Athena Health and customer relationship management (CRM) software like Salesforce to input and update patient information securely.
- Provide assistance as a second responder for patients requiring aid, lifting up to 75 lbs if necessary.
- Perform clerical tasks as requested and assist with other job-related duties as assigned.
- Valid certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) licensure.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, particularly in healthcare settings.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in operating radiographic equipment and computer systems.
- Comfortable working with high-profile clientele and maintaining professionalism in diverse environments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and contribute effectively to a small team.
