Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Production Trainer to join our team. The Production Trainer will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of production team members to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs within the production department and develop training programs to address gaps.
• Conduct training sessions for production team members, both new hires and existing staff, on various aspects of production processes and procedures.
• Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and multimedia visual aids.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify specific skill requirements and performance standards for each job role.
• Provide hands-on training in areas such as machine operation, safety protocols, quality control, and production efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback from participants.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes and training methods.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and technological advancements relevant to production operations.
• Work closely with supervisors and team leaders to address performance issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the production team.
