The Assistant Sales Manager role focuses on ensuring that company sales goals are met or exceeded including achieving all key business metrics while following the California Closets policies and procedures.- Couch and mentor, an assigned team of Design Consultants ensuring all company revenue goals and key performance indicators are met or exceeded through monthly (Goal Setting & Review Meetings) GS&Rs.
- Ensure direct reports are delivering on an exception customer experience with every customer touch point and follow up on completed procedures per company policy
