Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in McMinnville, OR. As a Registered Nurse at McMinnville Memory Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. You will also be responsible for assessing residents' needs, providing emotional support, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
Experience in long-term care or memory care
Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Compassionate and caring attitude
