Staffing/Business Development ManagerFor High Growth Start UP
Sales Development Representatives will be responsible for generating leads by making outbound calls and sending emails to prospective customers.
Responsibilities:
Cold-calling prospects via phone and email daily.
Building and maintaining a pipeline in PCR.
Generating leads by researching relevant companies in our market.
Educating prospective customers about Preferred Talent Solutions, LLC
Overall responsibility for Customer relationship management.
Recruit, train and direct Sales Representatives, monitoring account penetration and providing guidance to improve sales performance.
Establish clear sales objectives and monitor performance towards objectives, taking remedial action where necessary.
Provide Executive Management strategic business plans, analysis and reports, while continuing to look for strategic sales opportunities.
Develop strong and positive relationships with existing Customers and sales representatives.
Drive measured improvements in effectiveness and efficiency of the selling processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; previous experience in sales, prospecting, or cold-calling a plus
Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
Competitive nature with a desire to exceed goals.
High degree of professionalism, detail, productivity, flexibility and enthusiasm.
Skilled in handling complex Customer issues and exercising a high level of tact and diplomacy
Understand Customer needs and provide solutions that create customer value, and negotiate with Customers to close deals
