The Enrollment Specialist, guided by the Enrollment Assistance Manager, passionately engages in a dynamic role. They provide full-service application assistance to the uninsured. Guiding them with enthusiasm through the application process. This advisor not only determines eligibility for Medi-Cal and/or Covered CA but also performs outreach to auto-enrolled Covered California Members to help effectuate their membership. Their commitment extends to active monitoring, follow ups, and compliance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring a seamless journey until application approval.
Commitment to Quality: The IEHP Team is committed to incorporate IEHPs Quality Program goals including, but not limited to, HEDIS, CAHPS, and NCQA Accreditation.
