    Description
    Randstad is working with a pharma company to fill a role in its quality and training department. The ideal candidate will be well versed and a subject matter expert in Veeva Vault, with over 3 years of experience in the quality and pharma space. This person will be an integral member of both the quality and training team, and have excellent problem solving and communication skills. This is a temporary to permanent position. Qualifications -Experience and expertise in Veeva Vault as both an administrator and end user -Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred BS -3-5+ years of experience within biotech or pharma in quality, management experience preferred -Experience with document management and training

    salary: $40 - $50 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    -Manage inspections, audits, and preparation for the aforementioned, both by internal and external parties

    -Manage improvements to the department, constantly streamlining procedures

    -Manage tracking metrics including but not limited to tracking, recording, and reviewing

    -Assist in department wide meetings

    -Manage records and record keeping systems

    -Ensure all necessary documents are available, accurate, and accessible

    -Provide responses to inquiries to the quality team

    -Answer questions on document management system – being a subject matter expert on the program

    -Assist in training program, providing instruction on system and quality processes

    -Ensure training protocols and requirements are adhered to

    -Additional projects and duties as necessary
