- Serves as a positive role model consistent with Polo's corporate culture at all times.
- Resolve tickets representing technical requests and/or problems in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical and process issues. Documenting resolutions and configuration changes.
- Documents, implements, maintains, and supports I.T infrastructure to include, but not limited to desktops, laptops, peripherals, network equipment, and software applications.
- Perform regular patch maintenance on I.T. supported devices within the company.
- Test/Install/Upgrade application software to support company operations.7.
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics
- Creates and maintains user accounts in Active Directory, Office365 and other applications.
- Stays informed and educated on new and emerging technologies.
- Travels to manufacturing locations and for training as required.
- Education: Associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar.
- Experience: 2 or more years business experience supporting and managing Windows desktops and servers
- Licenses/Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve a wide variety of technical problems
- Ability to work independently and grasp new tasks quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time while conducting work on computer workstations including mouse, keyboard and monitor.
- Able to communicate via phone, e-mail, or in person with internal and external customers.
- Able to constantly move about the facility.
- Able to operate standard office machines.
