Position Description:

• Introduction:Seeking a dedicated Manager for Emergency Services to join our healthcare family. Our nurses are celebrated for being on the front line and providing empathetic care for patients.
• Job Summary:

The Nurse Manager oversees the 24/7 functions of a clinical nursing unit(s).

They are responsible for ensuring quality patient care, developing goals and policies, managing staffing patterns, and participating in the Quality Improvement process.

• Primary Responsibilities:

Administer, plan, and evaluate department activities.
Develop and implement goals, policies, and procedures.
Consult with staff, physicians, and other departments as needed.
Manage staff on a shift-to-shift basis.
Adhere to facility standards of behavior.

• Qualifications:

Florida RN licensure.
Associates Degree (Bachelors Degree preferred).A minimum of 1 year of management experience.
Obtain various certifications within 90 days of employment.
This role requires full COVID-19 vaccination, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons.

• Additional Insights:

The successful candidate will be overseeing a 39-bed ER with 60 treatment spaces and leading a team of 85 employees, including Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, and other medical staff

• Salary & Benefits:

Salary ranges from $85,000 to $105,000, based heavily on experience. There's potential to push to $108,000-$110,000 for an exceptional candidate.

Relocation assistance between $5,000 to $7,500 for out-of-state candidates.
