    Description

    PepWear, LLC, based in Cedar Hill, Texas, offers an omnichannel merchandising experience through licenses with premier state and national-level high school activity organizations. We produce screen-printed and embroidered apparel, promotional products, and commemorative plaques to be sold through e-Commerce and onsite at athletic, music, and academic events across the country.     We are seeking a resourceful self-starter, who works well independently as well as part of a team and can adapt quickly to changing priorities to join our Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Department. Candidates must be comfortable working in a quick-paced work environment. The ability to solve problems and create solutions is a must. They will report to the E-Commerce Manager.

    The starting hourly rate for this position is $16.00/hour. In addition, we offer a full benefits package. Our benefits include but are not limited to:

    Regular work hours are Monday through Friday, 8-5. During peak seasons early morning or evening hours may be required.

    Job Duties:

    • Facilitate the order fulfillment process, including picking merchandise, packing & shipping orders
    • Learn and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives their package in good condition
    • Process shippable returns and exchanges
    • Stay informed of PepWear Event products, events, and promotions through weekly meetings and team communication
    • Manage inventory of shipping supplies inside the department
    • Will be cross-trained to respond to customer service tickets via Zendesk platform and phone to serve the department as needed
    Job Skills & Qualifications

    Required:
    • Meticulous organizational skills and ability to manage a library of products
    • MUST have strong computer skills including email, excel, data management, and the ability to learn new software in a timely manner
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Capable of self-managing time effectively and working independently while communicating with different teams to extract the information you need
    • Physically able to stand for 8 hours and lift 40 pounds if needed
    Preferred:
    • Work experience in a fulfillment center
    • Experience using ShipStation, QuickBase, and/or ShopWorks
    • Customer service experience including Zendesk or a similar platform
