Description

• Produce and distribute food and beverages in the Café. This will include, but not be limited to Smoothie's, coffee, espresso, cappuccinos, snacks, breakfasts, and lunches.
• Demonstrate a friendly, welcoming, positive work attitude, contributing to the exceptional experience our members expect and deserve.
• Must be reliable and punctual, and available weekends.
• Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating members' needs.
• Ability to be self-motivated, initiate conversation, connect with members, and act with integrity and honesty.
• Must keep the Café area clean, proactively taking the initiative to wipe down all tables, push in chairs, take out garbage, and keep both front and back organized and neat.
• Be familiar with our products, and food line. Having the ability to educate our members on our food selections.
• Be able to do inventory monthly.

• Prior experience in a customer-oriented atmosphere, preferably a hospitality environment.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Self-Motivated.
• Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Must be a team player.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to be on their feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, bend, squat, push, and do stairs without limitations.
