    Locums MFM position in Johnstown, PA Candidate experience required - Deliveries are not required Coverage - Current need: June 20 - July 8- Ongoing future coverage needed, as well Position Details - Open to locums to permanent, if interested- Deliveries not required- Scheduled clinical hours plus call- Practice Type: Multi-specialty group- Current Number of Providers: 6 total: 2 Perinatologists, 3 OB/GYN, 1 GYN- Support Staff: Neonatologist: 2,

    5, NICU in-house midlevel providers: 7- Practice Setting Required: Inpatient & Outpatient- Patients Per Day: Outpatient: 30, Inpatient: 10, Admissions: 2, Discharges: 2- % C- section/
    Response Time: 15 Minutes
    • Average # of Patients Per Physician/Day: Clinic: 30, Hospital: 5 Average # of Deliveries Per Physician/Week: 5 Weekend Requirement: No
    • Certified Nurse Midwives take 1st Call EMR: Epic
    • Ancillary Services: Certified Nurse Midwife Program
    • Equipment/Technology: Level 3A NICU, Helicopter service Requirements
    • Board Certified, experience required
    • Active PA State License
    • IMLC accepted
    • Active PA DEA (permanent PA DEA address change will not be accepted)
    • Board Certification through ABO+G with a subspecialty in MFM.
    • Successful completion of a residency in OB/GYN accredited by the ACGME or AOA.
    • Successful completion of a fellowship in MFM accredited by the ACGME or AOA.
    • MUST ACTIVELY PERFORM DELIVERIES, C-SECTIONS, FETAL ECHOS, CVS AND GYN U/S.
    - CNM IS 1ST CALL, OB/GYN IS 2ND CALL, MFM IS 3RD CALL (B/U TO OB/GYN)- ABLS- ACLS- ATLS- BLS- PALS
