    Job Summary:
    To provide compassionate care to patients while providing excellent radiographic images. To be an integral part of the cardiovascular lab team in the roles of scrub assist, circulator or monitor.


    Minimum Education Requirements:
    ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with MA License, BLSACLS preferred
    Minimum Work Experience:2 years in special procedures or cardiac cath strongly preferred. CV, CI, VI or RCIS Registry preferred. Scrub experience preferred.


    Other Skills and Abilities:

    Knowledge of all radiographic equipment, hemodynamic monitoring equipment, radiation safety, anatomy, computer skills, vast knowledge of all catheters, wires, and revascularization tools and their applications.

    Ability to recognize cardiac rhythms, abnormal lab values and changes in the patients' status and the ability to appropriately communicate these changes to the team.

    Ability to scrub assist on all procedures as directed by the physician and within the scope of practice. Uphold ethical and professional conduct as stated by the ARRT Code of Ethics. Flexibility to work overtime as needed as well as on-call duty as department needs dictate.
