    Company Information
Navigator Recruiting client is a locally owned 24 employee fiduciary firm headquartered in the south Denver Metro area.

The firm values compassion, honestly and serving clients and helps people who may be impaired cognitively, physically or financially through conservatorships, managing trusts, serving as a personal representative or by financial power of attorney.

Due to its ability to excel in serving clients in these ways, this 12-year-old company has experienced 40% growth in revenues each year over the past four years and the company has grown from 5 employees to 24 in the last two years More growth is on the horizon.

The firm is seeking a Tax Accountant (the only one in the company) to prepare roughly 200 Individual and Trust & Estate tax reuturns (mostly 1041s w/some 1040s) for individual clients per year using the cloud-based version Drake tax software and also be responsible for some analysis and tax planning for external clients.

Most of the Tax Accountant's interaction will be with the fiduciaries and not the individual clients.

Therefore, the company would prefer the Tax Accountant be located in-office most of the time, to be present for teammates, but the firm does offer some flexibility.

Hours are very reasonable (most likely 8-10 hours/day at the most during busy season).

    NOTE:
The firm is able to be somewhat flexible and hire someone in a full-time year-round capacity or in a 75% capacity - meaning, the firm could also accomodate someone if he/she preferred to work full-time during busy season and part-time hours/week) in the non-busy season. Benefits include health insurance (co.

The firm would prefer someone be able to be in the office between 8:00 - 8:30 am, though there is some flexibility.
