- Answering front desk telephone and making reservations, as needed
- Assisting guests with any questions, concerns.
- Communicating with colleagues taking messages and Pass on information
- Provide guest service that meets or exceed company standards.
- Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents medical needs.
- Able to Work Weekdays/Weekends/ and or Holidays
- Able to work AM or PM Shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed basis to cover vacations and Call outs
- Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards residents, colleagues and guests.
- "Resident and Guest First" approach.
- Previous front desk reception experience preferred
- Experience in scheduling transportation appointments a plus
