- Pre-register patients, confirm appointments, and obtain necessary consents.
- Screen patients for eligibility requirements.
- Complete Household Assessments for all patients.
- Verify insurance information and update as needed.
- Accurately input data and maintain organized files.
- Collect co-pays and fees, reconcile balances, and follow financial procedures.
- Engage patients in utilizing the EMR patient portal.
- Assist with scheduling and medical records procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of technological systems and adhere to organizational policies.
- Stay updated on technological systems and EMR operations.
- Participate in team huddles and adhere to policies.
- Attend mandatory in-services and strive for operational excellence.
- Follow Corporate Compliance Policies.
- Take responsibility for attendance and reporting.
