- This position has a starting salary range of $140k to $165k, depending on overall skill and experience levels.
- Own and control processes for thermal evaporator, plating, lithography, wet etch, and metrology.
- Create and maintain engineering and process documentation.
- Identify, procure, and validate new equipment and materials.
- Support new product introduction and drive yield improvement activities.
- Create and improve manufacturing process documents, including operating procedures, PFMEA, control plan, flow charts.
- Support new product qualification project and NPI qualification working by working with R&D and design group.
- Perform failure analysis of defect generating during manufacturing process using SEM, EDX, cross sections techniques.
- Occasional Travel, but no more than 10%.
- This is a 100% on-site position in Concord, CA.
- 5+ years of hands-on Manufacturing experience in MEMS or semiconductor backend sensor.
- Familiarity with engineering tools including 5S, RCCA process, manufacturing process safety/quality issue resolution.
- Experience with six sigma and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Bachelor's Degree or better in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
- Data and yield analysis skills, experience with JMP, Minitab, SQL script.
- Familiarity with MEMS gyro sensors and accelerometers.
- Quartz sensor packaging experience is a plus.
- Preferred Masters or PhD Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
