    SUMMARY

    The Office Manager provides daily support of company office operations in addition to executive level support and plans the most efficient administrative procedures.

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, demonstrate a high attention to detail, ability to multitask, and experience working within a team environment.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Manages a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks

    Assist in organizing and planning for events (GTM, employee events, visits, etc)

    Schedule meetings – conference calls, VC's.

    Create spreadsheet reports, slide presentations and memos for distribution via Google Drive.


    Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipping activities - domestic and international (complying with changing international shipping regulations) to ensure delivery and receipt of packages; including address updates.


    Maintains facility supplies including ordering/maintaining office, breakroom, janitorial, and shipping supply inventory; performs monthly reconciling of all office supply orders (with corporate office).


    Acts as primary contact with Property Management Company and makes regular requests for all building needs including building improvements, general maintenance, leaks, safety concerns and other related issues.

    Receives and greets visitors, answers general questions, refers specific inquiries to other staff and departments; maintains visitor sign-in sheets. Works closely with Human Resources & corporate office security regarding any building access or security related issues/concerns.

    General support for the Executive team including but not limited to managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangement/expense reports.


    REQUIREMENTS:
    2-5 years of experience of providing support (preferably) at the executive level

    Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize work, and work independently.

    Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong organizational and planning skills.

    Ability to effectively interact with all levels internal & external to the organization.

    Strong relationship building and team collaboration skills.

    High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

    Strong knowledge of Google applications - documents, email, spreadsheets

    Bachelor's degree preferred
