Insight Global is looking for a fully remote Davis Bacon Analyst to join their team. Construction Labor Compliance /Prevailing Wage Specialist to manage Inflation Reduction Act Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance of third-party contractors. Review and validate prevailing wage determinations. Set-up and provide monitoring oversight of multiple projects into third-party Davis Bacon compliance platform (LCPtracker). Train and support company personal to monitor individual projects through third-party compliance program. Address identified non-compliance exceptions with contractors with the support of internal resources.

Required Skills & Experience
in-depth knowledge and experience in managing Davis-Bacon Act and other compliance regulations imposed on federal construction contractors;
3 + years experience in Davis-Bacon labor compliance with an agency, contractor, or consultant
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
experience with payroll systems
experience in construction project controls or construction site management
experience with LCPtracker or other prevailing wage compliance platforms
