Job summary
Calo Programs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our on‑site clinical team supporting adolescents in a trauma‑informed residential treatment environment.This role is ideal for therapists who are passionate about adolescent mental health, family systems work, and experiential therapy models—and who want to make meaningful, long‑term impact.
