- Daily guarantee of $1,750 per day
- Quarterly commission bonus - 20% of total production for the quarter and any amount above the daily guarantee is paid to the provider as a bonus

We are helping a wonderful practice in Washington, North Carolina find a full-time orthodontist to join their team. The practice provides orthodontic services to all ages in a region that is under-represented by specialists.
The practice is a well established facility with an extensive patient base. There is currently a wait-list for new patients and will easily be able to produce $2,000,000 a year in revenue for the provider. There are 5 Dental Assistants and 5 Administrative team members to support the busy practice The practice is fully digital with scanners, Pan/Ceph on site in addition to all of the other latest advances in technology.
