- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Engineer in Training Certification (mandatory)
- Proficiency in CADD Software (MicroStation/AutoCAD)
- Experience in detailed site layout and grading, drainage and stormwater management design, utility design, and erosion and sediment control design
- Proficiency in StormCAD, Hydraflow, PondPak, and other industry-standard software for development studies
- Understanding of codes and regulations, interpretation of plans, design of stormwater facilities, site grading, and land permitting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's License

Our ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in site civil design and proficiency in relevant software applications. This role involves working on a variety of municipal site designs and includes tasks such as research, project management, cost estimating, and the preparation of bid packages, technical specifications, and coordination.
