    The GlobalLink Technology Services Engineering team provide our customers and internal teams with excellent technical assistance on the GlobalLink suite of products.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Build advanced understanding of GlobalLink technologies
    • Monitor and respond to user queries via the ticketing system
    • Troubleshoot technical issues related to GlobalLink products
    • Manage and generate licenses for some GlobalLink applications
    • Work in collaboration with our development team and product owners reporting bugs and tracking issues in the ticketing platform
    • Document issues internally for future reference using existing templates
    • Post and maintain information related to GlobalLink, customer requirements, or support procedures on the Intranet
    • Train and guide less experienced colleagues on GlobalLink and other applications
    • Assist in creating training materials for new and existing software and procedures
    • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • Bachelor ́s Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent professional experience in a similar position
    • Experience in technical support and bug reporting tools, identifying, documenting and tracking support issues and defects
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
    • Ability to promptly answer support-related email, phone calls and other electronic communications
    • Excellent skills with Windows
    • Interpersonal skills, enjoys working with people and being part of a team
    • Ability to follow procedures to meet deadlines
    • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
    • Ability to self-learn new technologies and skills based on documentation, eLearning, and simulated test scenarios

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Previous experience in or knowledge of Localization Engineering
    • Working knowledge of and experience in writing and executing test scripts and understanding software testing methodologies
    • Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processes
    • Mac OS, Unix and Linux knowledge
