Job description
Looking for more than just journal entries and reconciliations? This Staff Accountant opportunity offers direct exposure to senior leadership, hands-on involvement in month-end close, and a clear path for growth into Senior Accountant and beyond.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong accounting foundation while gaining visibility across the organization.
You'll work closely with leadership, contribute to process improvements, and play an active role in financial reporting and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare journal entries and support month-end close
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
Assist with financial statement preparation
Support AP/AR processes as needed
Participate in audit preparation and documentation
Identify and recommend process improvements
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills
Understanding of GAAP principles
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
