- Supervise clinic staff and provide leadership, guidance, and support
- Develop and implement plans to promote clinic services and increase patient volume
- Monitor and analyze statistics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement of supplies
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred, not required)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
