Part of the Industrial Engineering team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the complete supply chain process.

Responsibilities include optimizing the supply chain to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

In this role, you will assist the team in analyzing and optimizing automated systems within the warehouse to improve operational efficiency, capacity, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Enhance collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement in the supply chain through process and system analysis.

Provide practical recommendations addressing business requirements and resolving pain points efficiently.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and operators on automation projects, ensuring successful implementation by understanding requirements and vendor capabilities.

Apply industrial engineering principles to establish best practices for warehouse operations optimization.

Conduct time and motion studies to identify and address bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in warehouse processes.

Utilize data analysis tools to generate reports, analyze trends, and make data-driven recommendations for process optimization.

Offer training and support to operations for successful implementation of new processes, equipment, and technologies.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree

in Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years

of hands-on industrial engineering experience, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center.

Prior experience with modeling/simulation tools is desirable.

Proficient in time studies, methods/work study, and performance analysis methodologies.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments.
