- Minimum two years' experience with a high level programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Experience with a Linux variant OS
- Experience with Git Source Code Management and automated build tools like Ansible
- Understanding of basic networking switch/router concepts
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. This requires U.S. citizenship
- Experience with developing Containerized Applications
- Familiarity with Ansible, Jenkins, or other CI/CD and DevSecOps tools
- Knowledge of the Strategy Design Pattern and/or Plugin Architecture Design
- Understanding of Secure Coding Practices and/or developing Cyber Security Solutions
- Interest in being part of a large Cyber Architecture, Assessment, Development, and Consulting team
- Familiarity with low level Kernel development for select high speed traffic control
- Participate in the key Cyber engineering team that is building new security architectures across large naval platform systems
- Lead a team of software and cyber engineers
- Provide Software engineering expertise while understanding architectural needs to find suitable cyber solutions
