At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Logistics Analyst you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.

Our work depends on Logistics Analyst joining our team to provide basic to advanced tradecraft certification to approximately 450 students annually.

HOW A LOGISTICS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities
Very fast-paced, dynamic office that often moves like a well-coordinated dance. Very positive and relaxed work environment
Once trained, Logistics Analyst must be able to operate autonomously and serve as back-up to the other logistic officers

Everyone will pitch in when necessary to ensure success and therefore if someone else on the team is going to be out it will be necessary to be trained to back-up the the other team members.

Occasional back-up support will be required after hours on an ad-hoc and limited basis

Required to drive a sponsor owned vehicle regularly throughout any given week as the assistant vehicle fleet manager occasionally without much notice.

Outside the Washington Metro Area, travel is infrequent and generally scheduled in advance
Will order supplies and when required will research alternative solutions and/or alternative purchasing options for customer for a range of items such as typical office supplies to tradecraft specific materials with minimal oversight from customer
