    Key Responsibilities

    • Implement workflow procedures under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
    • Supervise, manage, and schedule facility employees during daily operations.
    • Maintain a safe work environment and optimize customer service performance.

    Requirements

    • Valid CDL and Forklift experience are mandatory.
    • Duties include enforcing company policies, managing fleet operations, and preparing schedules.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and adaptability are essential.

    Work Environment

    Assistant Operations Managers work in various settings, including office environments, warehouses, and on truck routes, potentially exposing them to diverse environmental conditions.

    Education and Experience

    • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
    • Minimum two years of customer service experience and one year of store operations or management experience are necessary.
    • At least two years of forklift experience are required.

    Physical Demands

    • Ability to sit for extended periods.
    • Capacity to stand for up to two hours at a time.
    • Strength to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

    Salary

    $60000 - 70000 per annum
