    Join our stylish team, dedicated to providing a unique and social experience that empowers women to showcase their individuality. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** The Sales Associate plays a key role in fostering a customer-centric sales culture, where our core values drive all store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability. We take pride in our work and are committed to creating an exceptional environment for our teams to thrive in. **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Drive for Results - Meets company sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers, assisting them in finding the perfect items based on their preferences. - Stay informed about current sales and promotions, while upholding pricing and visual standards. - Maintain merchandise presentation, prevent losses, and fulfill any other tasks as assigned by Management. - Take part in visual merchandising activities such as monthly store setups and zone maintenance. **Customer Experience:** - Demonstrate and advocate for top-notch customer service based on our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, delivering a seamless omnichannel experience. - Ensure swift resolution of customer issues. - Provide a quick and efficient checkout experience, staying up-to-date on payment policies, returns, security measures, and other operational procedures. - Influence purchase decisions at the checkout, meeting add-on targets like gift card sales. - Enroll customers in the rewards program. - Cultivate and retain a loyal customer base through personalized service and styling advice. - Stay informed about the latest product offerings and styles both in-store and online. - Maintain regular communication with clients using the customer book. **Operational Excellence:** - Support restocking efforts to keep the store well-stocked. - Assist in fulfilling product locates. - Aid in implementing visual merchandising guidelines, such as floor arrangements, window displays, and signage placement. - Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the boutique. **Teamwork and Growth:** - Foster an inclusive and collaborative problem-solving approach. - Seek opportunities for personal development and actively request feedback. Other duties as assigned. This role may be present across various brands, with responsibilities differing slightly between brands. **QUALIFICATIONS:** - High School diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in retail or sales preferred - Minimum age of 18 - Strong communication skills - Excellent customer service abilities - Willingness to learn and adapt to company-provided technology - Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting - Capable of effective communication with customers, colleagues, and Management - Regular attendance is crucial to meet company goals. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is necessary. **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:** - Continuous Walking/Standing throughout an 8-hour shift - Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of the shift) - Frequent Climbing (34%-66% of the shift) The salary range for this role is $18.10 to $22.75 per hour, with final rates determined by individual qualifications.
