    Job Description Overview

    The goal for this position is to provide leadership, integration and subject matter expertise for the Georgia Pacific Headquarters in downtown Atlanta. This role will need to be able to anticipate, adapt and evolve the workplace and employee experience based on internal and external drivers. This role presents an incredible opportunity for a leader who lives and breathes workplace strategy, employee experience and hospitality services and wants to be responsible for building and delivering an evolving workplace strategy and experience services that transform the workplace experience for our client's employees and guests. This role is responsible for developing workplace and experience strategies, programming, and service delivery. The role is Client facing and must be able to exhibit exceptional client service and communication skills from the C-Suite down.

    Essential Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations
    • Vision and Strategy - lead the strategic direction for the development and delivery of a workplace and experience program. Support the development, integration and execution of strategic plans related to the workplace and user experience.
    • Organizational & Business Focus - inquire and understand both external and internal business drivers that may impact the workplace and needs of employees.
    • Evolution of the Program - we're in a dynamic environment that will require dynamic management and the evolution of the workplace program (including workplace strategy, space standards, policies, experience, etc.)
    • Integration - drive the integration of services, functions and stakeholders that support the business and are required to deliver a holistic program including but not limited to
      • Service provider - Occupancy Planning, Employee Experience, Events, Facilities Management, Projects
      • Client - Key Business Stakeholders, IT / AV, HR / Culture / Health and Wellness, Corporate Communications
    • Research and Continuous Improvement - Keep abreast of and share innovations, best practices and benchmarks related to improving the workplace program. Leverages JLL's industry leadership workstreams, ongoing peer benchmarking, and database.
    • Data Analytics - leverage account Data, Analytics and Business Intelligence to uncover opportunities, create hidden value and inform needed improvements.
    • Governance & Reporting - provide quarterly reporting on the program and costs to drive and monitor the program.
    Additional Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations
    • Develop, deliver, and implement annual workplace and experience strategic plan aligning key services, functions and client representatives. Drive and monitor progress.
    • A thought leader who understands the intersection of the physical environment, technology, and HR policy to deliver a best-in-class workplace experience for employees and visitors.
    • Ability to successfully lead through influence, ability to work in a matrixed environment, without having direct managerial oversight.
    • Oversee and manage a team assigned to supporting the GPC including Occupancy Management, Experience Services / Events, Consulting (if required), Facilities Management, and IT.
    • Support & attend the development, implementation & delivery of training & coaching plans for yourself & your operational teams.
    • Contribute to the achievement of the client relationship assessment scores and user productivity scores.
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast paced heavily matrixed environment.
