    What is the Role?

    We are looking for a Social/Influencer Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and curating short-form content for the company's social media channels. This includes developing and executing social media strategies and creating engaging content based off the marketing calendar. This role includes managing the gifting and affiliate platforms.

    Additional details include:
    Developing comprehensive social media content focusing on engaging short-form content for various social media platforms.
    Creating and curating captivating product-related content to drive audience engagement and maximize brand exposure.

    Assisting social media specialist in campaign and daily content execution across assigned social media channels, ensuring our social content impact is front and center.

    Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and high-quality content production.

    Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to share and implement innovative strategies and optimize performance.

    Managing LTK platform through campaign development and execution.
    Managing TikTok affiliate program through campaign development and execution.
    Managing whitelisting contracts through development and execution.

    Sharing all of your asset creations and those from other creators to the team for them to implement into posting on social and adding into our marketing platforms.

    Managing gifting with all approvals from Brand Director.
    Reports directly to Natalie, our Brand Director at AFRM.

    What is required?
    Strong understanding of the latest trends in social media.
    Highly organized and detail oriented with excellent time management and communication skills.
    Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic social media campaigns across multiple platforms.
    Strong leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a team to achieve results.
    Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
    Deep understanding of social media analytics and proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making.
    Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to push boundaries in social media marketing.
    Skilled in social media writing, with the ability to adapt to and embody the specific tone of AFRM.

    Self-starter, proactive, ability to prioritize and shift focus with ease and flexibility - you are excited to dive in, build quickly and drive output.

    Not afraid to jump in where needed - no task is too big or too small for you, and you are willing to help your team before you are asked.

    Desire to be part of a tight-knit team and comfortable working with ambiguity.
    Must be able to work in person at our Culver City office 5 days per week.
