- Deliver food and beverages professionally according to Andretti standards
- Check plate quality before serving guests
- Communicate food orders to chefs, especially regarding special needs like food allergies
- Maintain an organized work area, clean proactively, and restock as needed
- Be familiar with restaurant and bar table numbers and seating arrangements
- Demonstrate great attention to detail
- Handle broken glassware properly
- Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines as per health regulations
- Interact with Guests in a friendly and positive manner
- Assist with Guest recovery and notify the manager to ensure positive experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Andretti brand, products, and procedures
- Communicate clearly and professionally with Guests and co-workers
- Complete Opening, Running, and Closing department tasks as assigned
- Prior experience in guest service or hospitality is preferred
