Description

VP HR United Allergy The VP of HR reports to the President and supports both the headquarters and the field teams.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a strategic and tactically minded hands-on VP of HR to come in and lead our HR team.

You will be acting as the champion for the company's priorities around hiring, training, and culture and helping our people achieve their full potential supporting our customers, and enabling our business to build on our existing success.

As VP of Human Resources, you will be responsible for contributing toward the development of our people in the following1.

Training:

You will be responsible for overseeing training for approximately 100 remote new hires per year including clinical training interpersonal skills training and training on culture and tools.

Operate as a change agent and play a leading consultative role in supporting change management across the regionCoach leaders and senior managers to optimize performance and the experience of our people 2.

Culture:

You will help continue to build an amazing culture focusing on training, career development, retention, and items that improve employees' pride and interaction with customer doctors clinical staffSupport and often take a lead on delivering business transformation activityEvolve our amazingly diverse and inclusive culture, ensuring people feel comfortable and confident to bring their best selves to work to achieve their full potentialEnsure UA is seen as a fun and dynamic place to work throughout the region 3.

Talent Acquisition and Retention:

You will help manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

Help maintain staffing levels in areas of turnoverEnsure Benefits, programs, and compensation are competitive Help manage a disparate workforce spread across multiple states and markets in both urban and rural areasSupport the timely delivery of key business processes including annual salary reviews, appraisals, succession planning and career development Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suites, or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's Payroll, HRIS, and talent management system.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
A minimum of ten years of human resource management experience is preferred.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is highly preferred.
