    The Physiatry locum tenens opportunity in Indiana-Location: Fort Wayne, IN-Duration: December-February (potential for extension)

    Open dates:
    December: 2-3, 8-9, 16-17 January: 6-7, 12-14, 27-28 February: 16-18, 23-25-Schedule: 7a-7a
    • Call: 24 hr call Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per day Scope: Inpatient PMR, round during the day, be on call in evening.
    Unlikely for significant even call back.-EMR: EPIC-Hospital:
    Rehab wing inside the hospital-Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified PMR with an Indiana or compact license Travel, Accommodations, and Malpractice - PAID for locum opportunities Assistance with credentialing provide temps can be issued in 2-4 week Call or Email for further details
