- Setting up CNC machines, ranging from 3 to 5 axis, to fabricate parts as per specific requirements
- Operating CNC machines to deliver parts with top-notch quality and precision
- Performing regular machine upkeep and addressing issues that arise
- Modifying existing CNC programs to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely production of accurate parts
- Maintaining detailed records of production and machine operations
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience handling and programming CNC machines in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with 3-5 axis CNC machines
- Proficient in machining processes and materials
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Aptitude for working autonomously in a fast-paced setting
