    Hourly Rate 9.68

    Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon-Fri, 7:30-5:30; Fri, 7:30-11:30, Overtime, describe requirements - As Needed.

    Summary of Position

    Provides support services to Student Services Graduation to include customer service with students, ordering diplomas, distribute and file mail and other clerical support as assigned. Back up to the Graduation Assistant. Also, provides support services to students and staff by processing CTC Online High School transcript requests, diploma plans, maintain records, and performs clerical tasks.

    Minimum Required Education

    High School Diploma or GED required

    Minimum Required Experience

    Two years wage earning clerical experience or certification / successful completion of relevant trade school or (30 college credit hours) required.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

    + Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including MS Word, Access, and Excel;

    + Demonstrated data entry and word processing skills with a high degree of accuracy;

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information;

    + Ability to adhere to specific procedures;

    + Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines;

    + Ability to work without extensive supervision; Be detail oriented;
